Template Campaigns

Template campaigns allow you to store a library of scripts that you can draw from quickly to create campaigns at a moment's notice. It can be combined with Campaign Variables so that you can easily customize the template for your needs. 

How to create a Template Campaign:

  1. Navigate to "Template Campaigns" from the left menu from the Spoke Administration Dashboard

  2. Within the Template Campaigns page, click the plus sign in the bottom right corner to create a new template. 

  3. Build out the sections in the new template campaign. All filled-out sections and fields will be in any campaign that is created from this template. In the Basics section, the Title and Description must be filled out, and, in the Interactions section, a survey must be populated. If you have a script you would like to use as a template, consider using our copy block feature to transfer that script over!

  4. Once you have filled out and saved each section as needed, the template is available for use.

How to edit a Template Campaign:

  1. Navigate to "Template Campaigns" from the left menu from the Spoke Administration Dashboard
  2. Within the Template Campaigns page, find the template you would like to edit and click the pencil on the right to edit it.

How to use a Template Campaign:

  1. Navigate to "Campaigns" from the left menu from the Spoke Administration Dashboard
  2. Within the Campaigns page, hover over the plus sign in the bottom right corner and select the "Create from Template" option with a paper icon. 

  3. Select the template campaign you would like to use, how many you would like the system to create, and then click "Create."

  4. Go to the newly created campaign(s) and edit as needed, upload contacts, and you should be ready to start the campaign.
